The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Patong, close to important areas such as Bangla Road and Patong Beach. Despite being in a quiet alleyway, the hotel is still within walking distance of all the action. The rooms are cleaned everyday and come with fresh towels. The included breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from.

All in all, everything was satisfactory at this hotel.

It was convinient in terms of access to nearby shops and restaurants.

We loved inn patong. Free WiFi was working perfectly. Hotel's position was close to tourist spots like Surf House Phuket.

This place is conveniently located near Phuket Zoo and the nearby shopping mall, Jungceylon, making it easy to explore the area. the Cairo Restaurant is also just a short walk away for dining options.

The pool was very pleasant and the rooms were of a decent size, room service was of good value

some staff had trouble speaking english and were often rude or demanding of guests, often upon check-in/out. All guest were unaware of the 1000b deposit required for the key, for budget travellers this can be detremental to their funds and our trip in particular was affected by this, it would have been more helpful to have known of this beforehand

I found the mattress was to hard

This hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and right in the middle of the shopping and entertainment. the staff is extremely helpful and attentive. the rooms are comfortable and come with the necessary amenities, including a TV and comfortable beds. the towels and beach towels were also provided.

The breakfast could be improved with more options. the air conditioning was not always working correctly, and the shower water was not consistently hot.

that the rooms are quite clean and it is good accomodation for the price

the fact that our balcony faced electric wires to look at for the view (we had requested a pool view) and that we had requested the two rooms that we booked to be next to each other as we had teenagers staying with us, both of the requests were not given.The double beds are just two single beds pushed together so you sleep on different levels.

We loved the hotel's location as it was in the center of the adjacent beach area, which was quieter than the main road and only a short walk to the beach. The hotel facilities were good, especially the small but clean outdoor pool, and the breakfast had ample choices. The staff was excellent, always helpful and friendly.

the breakfast was good.the staff was good also , they changed our rooms.it is close to the Jungceyon Mall ,close to many bars.

in our first night . we received 2 rooms at floor 2nd (rooms 2xx).. and we had the worst night ever .. we all had bed bugs .. i don't know how they are called ... but we had dozens of things sucking blood ..and also in our rooms they used a lot of bugs medicine so we could not breath ...this is the main problem of the hotel . the second is that it is far from the beach , so i don't understand the name.

the hotel staff, the food, the location, nothing was a problem to staff to help out with minor problems.

the noise other patrons make with doors when closing them, also the beds and matresses are out dated and very hard to make sleep comfortable

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, making it easy to walk to local bars and halfway to the big shopping center. Patong beach is close by and the staff is friendly and helpful. the air-conditioned rooms and clean bathrooms are equipped with a fridge and free bottled water.

The breakfast buffet can be a hassle and sometimes lacks certain items.

One of the staff in particular, who works in reception....very rude, irritating & made my stay very uncomfortable. I didn't get the room that I asked for...the room I had did not have any windows, which made it very difficult to know what time of day or night it was...very disappointed..

The food was ok, the staff are friendly but could use some sort of training to handle complaints.

On the 1st night, room 214 had bed bugs and the aircon towards morning started with a drooning sound. We could not get back to sleep. Informed the reception the next morning, but there was not much of problem-solving. They informed us that the hotel is full and will put bed bugs medicine. However, the next night the same thing happen until the day we checked out.
